Registering, I get an error message, “Only lowercase letters and numbers allowed.”

Choose a username that does not contain any capital letters or other characters in it.

How Do I Upload an Avatar?

The most efficient way is to use Gravatar.com.  This is because Gravatar can share your avatar across multiple platforms.  That way, if you register with any other site that uses them, your uploaded avatar will automatically show up without you needing to do so again.

If you choose to upload your avatar or photo directly to EnergyofLove.net:

1. Login
2. From the menu at the top of the screen, choose ‘My Account,’ ‘Profile,’ ‘Change Avatar.’
3. Click the button that says “Choose File.”  Browse to the picture you want on your computer and select it.
4.  That will take you back to the change avatar screen where you then click  ”Upload Image.”
5. Then it brings up the image for you to select what portion of the image you want to use with the little dotted box.  You can expand and/or move the dotted box until you have the part of the image you want selected.
6. Once you have done that, click “Crop Image.”
7. Your new avatar should show up.
